2.2 Tenant Fees: In compliance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we do not charge tenants for services such as referencing or contract drafting. Permissible fees (e.g., late rent payments or lost keys) are clearly outlined in the tenancy agreement.
2.3 Buyer and Seller Fees: Fees for property sales are agreed upon at the outset and detailed in the Sales Agreement. We ensure transparency in all commission structures and additional charges.
